چکیده
Root-knot nematode surveys were conducted during the growing seasons of 2017 and 2018 to cover greenhouse vegetable areas in Mersin, Hatay Adana Provinces Eastern Mediterranean Region (Turkey). A total 46 root-knot populations characterized using biochemical molecular diagnostic techniques. DNA extraction was done from second-stage juvenile tests SCAR primers, Meloidogyne arenaria (Neal, 1889) Chitwood, 1949, javanica (Treub) incognita (Kofoid & White, 1919) hapla 1949 ethiopica Whitehead, 1968 (Tylenchida: Meloidogynidae) species screened. Samples obtained thirty-nine regions identified as M. (85%) seven (15%). In addition, young females all biochemically analyzed polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method. The esterase enzyme profile examined identify , groups. Esterase phenotype I1 band observed 62% I2 39%. J3 detected populations. verified also supported by methods Region.

Characterization of Soil Suppressiveness to Root-Knot Nematodes in Organic Horticulture in Plastic Greenhouse
The fluctuation of Meloidogyne population density and the percentage of fungal egg parasitism were determined from July 2011 to July 2013 in two commercial organic vegetable production sites (M10.23 and M10.55) in plastic greenhouses, located in northeastern Spain, in order to know the level of soil suppressiveness. Fungal parasites were identified by molecular methods. In parallel, pot tests c...

متن کاملSusceptibility Assessments of Tomato Genotypes to Root Knot Nematodes, Meloidogyne javanica
Root-knot nematodes, Meloidogyne spp., are one of the important plant parasitic nematodes of tomato in the world. The most suitable control method of plant parasitic nematodes is the use of resistance sources and tolerant cultivars. In the earlier studies, the results showed thatonly 2% (19 out of 537 varieties) were resistant and tolerant to the root knot nematodes. In the supplementary studie...
متن کاملReaction of Different Pepper Cultivars to Two Species of Root- Knot Nematodes (M. Javanica and M. Incognita)
Root knot nematode is one of the important plant pathogens that causes damage to many crops, including greenhouse crops. Pepper is an agricultural crop which its cultivation has increased in recent years, especially in greenhouses. Most of the adopted management methods for this nematode have not met the required efficiency. In this study, reaction of some pepper cultivars (Elmina, Tuvana, Chal...
